Parts can be collected in person from our Wolverhampton warehouse. Please call ahead to confirm stock availability and arrange a collection time. Same-day collection is available for orders placed before 1pm.
Delivery Information
Order before 3pm for next working day delivery via tracked courier. Standard delivery is to mainland UK addresses only. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and islands are subject to extended delivery times — call us to confirm before ordering.
Same Day Dispatch: Orders received before 3pm on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking: Dispatch confirmation and tracking information is sent by email when your order ships.

Returns Policy
Parts returned in original, unused condition within 30 days are exchanged or refunded in full. No returns forms, no unnecessary delays.
Faulty parts: If a part is faulty on arrival or fails within the warranty period, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a free return and dispatch a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
Wrong part ordered: Call or email with your order number. If the part is unused and in original packaging, we’ll arrange a return and help you identify the correct component.
Warranty period: 12 months from date of dispatch on all parts.
