Boiler Spares Direct was founded on a straightforward observation: sourcing genuine boiler spare parts in the UK was harder than it needed to be. Engineers were losing half a job day chasing parts through distributors. Homeowners were being quoted inflated prices for components that should cost a fraction of what they were charged.
We set out to fix that. Fifteen years on, we stock over 25,000 product lines from our Wolverhampton trade warehouse and dispatch parts to Gas Safe engineers, heating contractors, letting agents, and DIY homeowners every working day.
We’re not a marketplace. We’re not a dropshipper. Every part we list is physically held in stock, quality-checked on arrival, and dispatched from our own warehouse.
What We Do
We supply genuine OEM and quality-tested compatible spare parts for the UK’s most-installed boiler brands: Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm, Potterton, and more.
Our catalogue covers the full spectrum of boiler components — from PCBs and fan motors to thermostatic radiator valves, flue kits, expansion vessels, and plumbing consumables.
Our Customers
Gas Safe Registered Engineers are the backbone of our trade. Engineers running repair and servicing jobs need the right part fast — same day if possible. We offer dedicated trade accounts with net pricing, 30-day invoice terms, and a parts helpline staffed by people who know what a diverter valve is.
Heating and Plumbing Contractors — maintenance contracts and multi-property work demands consistent availability across a wide range of brands and models.
Letting Agents and Property Managers — trade account terms and bulk order discounts are standard for property management clients.
Homeowners — not every boiler repair requires a Gas Safe engineer. Thermostats, TRVs, expansion vessels, and system filters are all legal for homeowners to replace themselves with proper isolation. We clearly mark which parts legally require a Gas Safe engineer for installation.

OEM vs Compatible — Clearly Labelled. We stock both and label every product clearly so you know exactly what you’re ordering. No ambiguity, no surprises.
25,000+ Lines in Stock. Our Wolverhampton warehouse holds over 25,000 active product lines. We monitor sell-through rates and adjust stock levels dynamically to keep fast-moving parts consistently available.
Discontinued Parts. We maintain a significant inventory of parts for older boiler models that are no longer manufactured.

We supply parts. We don’t fit them. But we work closely with a network of trusted Gas Safe registered engineers who do.
